TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Forgot your username or password? Your username is the same as the email address you used with the course purchase. You can reset your password by clicking here.
- It will send you via email a special link for you to reset your password. Then LOGIN using the button on the top right-hand corner of our website. If you still can't get in, contact us using our contact form here.
- You can use the password generator button on that page or you can create your own.
Take the following steps.
- Log out using either of the sidebar menus, then log back in with your username and password. This will refresh access and should do the trick. If not, move onto #2.
- Refresh your browser by first clearing your cache. Then quit the browser application completely and reopen it to start fresh. We recommend using Firefox or Chrome. If this doesn’t work, move onto #3.
- Change your password. Do this by clicking on “My Account” in the sidebar navigation of the site and click on “Account Details.” Once you’ve updated your password, click “Save Changes”, log out of the site, then log back in with your new password.

Email notifications occur from two sources. The first notify you of activity/news for your registered course e.g. Barra Basics or Sounder Skills 2. The second are our RMF newsletter emails. You can moderate or cancel either or both by doing the following;
- Click “Manage Your Subscription” at the bottom of your most recent email from us. There may be a list of things you signed up for. Simply tick and unsubscribe from those no longer of interest.
HD streaming videos requires adequate internet speed to stream smoothly. Using a high speed internet connection will provide the best experience.
- If you are experiencing buffering issues it may be due to multiple programs opened on the computer. Closing them may help free up bandwidth and allow the video to load more smoothly.
- If you are still having issues you may try resetting your modem and restarting the computer or device that the video is being played on.

USING THE TRAINING AND COMMUNITY
Due to the easily shareable nature of this content, we do not allow downloading of the videos or website content other than the worksheets/strategy calendar (if applicable).
Worksheets and strategy calendars are supplied to assist students of species specific premium courses. They can be found in Module 1.

Notification and instructions on how and when to attend each course webinar (if applicable) is emailed to course students and notifications made via the respective Facebook study group. If you cannot attend, the Q&A webinar is recorded and posted inside the course Member Area.
Course members have lifetime access to the Member Area of their respective programs. As long as Fish Smarter and it’s associated programs are in existence, you will have access to the core content of any courses you're enrolled in.
All you'll need to join Facebook is a computer and an email address. Type "Facebook" into google and follow the prompts to sign up. They'll ask for you name and email address.
Once you're registered they may send you an email to confirm your account. After that you're all set.
You can change the privacy settings and virtually remain anonymous and there's no need to add any friends or anything like that.
Once you're a member, log back in to your Fish Smarter account, click on your course and scroll down under the welcome video. There will be a join Facebook link. Click that and request to join the group. I'll check you're one of us and add you.
Be sure and hold CTRL and D keys when you're in Facebook and that will add the page to your bookmarks bar for future reference. If this sounds too hard, send us an email and we will arrange a time to call and talk you through it.
We strongly recommend you join the Facebook Study Group. That's all you need to use it for and I can assure you, you won't regret it.
It’s important to understand that all our courses are group coaching programs, not personalised individual coaching programs. While Ryan is regularly present in Facebook Study Groups, it’s sometimes not possible for him to address every comment or question, especially when we go away fishing!
That said, we are committed to assisting you achieve the outcomes you expected when you enrolled – namely catch more fish. So don’t give up. Keep perusing the training and reaching out to both Ryan and other members in the community. The results will come! The more you put in, the more you’ll get out. None of our courses are magical catch fish quick schemes. They require time and effort on your part.
Please participate in our Webinar calls with Ryan (when applicable) to potentially ask direct questions. Team Moody will also do their best to get you the feedback and support you need to keep moving through the training.
Also, we STRONGLY recommend you take advantage of our vibrant course study groups on Facebook. Get involved. Not only are there very experienced anglers present, but the feeds are searchable and chances are, your question may have been asked and answered before.

Remember that Fish Smarter customer support is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST. If you have questions over the weekend, you’ll hear back on Monday or Tuesday.
BILLING AND PAYMENTS
You’ll be charged on the same day each month with the card that’s on file (on the 2nd if you enrolled on the 2nd, etc.).
Visit the My Account page. Enter in the email address you prefer and click on “Save Changes.”
IMPORTANT: Doing this will change the email address we use to communicate with you from Fish Smarter. It will not change your username which is the email address you used when you signed up for Fish Smarter.
You can cancel your Inner Circle Subscription by following the steps below or watching the video linked here.
Log into Fish Smarter and click My Account on the left-hand menu
Under My Account, click My Subscription - then click Cancel
